USG-10

Amend: Add to end of USG-10(a): For transport aboard a passenger aircraft of other than excepted packagings, the Shipper’s Declaration for the radioactive material must contain a certification stating that the shipment contains radioactive material intended for use in, or incident to, research or medical diagnosis or treatment.

AS-01

New: Any device known as an oxygen generator (e.g. oxygen generator,

chemical; 5.1; UN3356; PG II) will not be accepted by AS for transport

either via passenger or cargo aircraft. This prohibition includes small

gaseous oxygen intended for personal use as outlined in 2.3.4.1.
